See where public money goes. Ask about it. Help fix it.
PSI Sci puts public records in one plain place, with a link to every source, so anyone can check them. No spin, no party, no ads. Just the record, and a simple way to ask the people you elected about it.

What you can do here
1. Look
Browse 2,680 Texas TCEQ contract and purchase-order records and the vendors behind them. Each comes straight from the state's own published file.
2. Check
Every record links to its source. Don't take our word for it. Open the original and compare.
3. Ask
Add records to your action packet, choose your officials, and print or copy a short, polite, sourced note. You send it; we never do.
4. Help
Find a data source for your county, check records, write summaries, or write code. Get involved.
Why this matters
Most government spending is public on paper but hidden in practice: scattered across agency websites in files few people open. When records are easy to see and easy to cite, citizens can ask specific questions, reporters and officials can answer them, and waste is harder to hide. That is not left or right. It is how a free people keeps its government honest.
What's here now
- Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ): contracts and purchase orders, plus one record per vendor with links to all of that vendor's contracts.
- Texas members of the U.S. Congress: 39 officials with their official contact pages.
- Next: Texas counties and cities, state legislators, and more agencies. Help us choose.
How we work
- Sources first. Every number links to where it came from and when we collected it.
- Unchanged. We tidy dates and dollar formats only. We never edit facts.
- Nonpartisan. We show the record about everyone the same way.
- Private. No ads, no trackers. Your notebook is private: it stays in your browser, or in your own account if you make one.
Is this an official government site?
No. PSI Sci is an independent citizen project. It republishes records that governments already make public, and links to the originals.
Can I trust the numbers?
Trust, but verify. That's the point. Each record links to the agency's own file. If you find a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it and note the correction.
Does it cost anything?
No. It's free, and nothing is sold.
